Item Description:

Maxmetal is comprised of two pre-painted .15mm aluminum panels bonded to a solid polyethylene core. It is lighter than our .5" MDO plywood material and has more rigidity than our aluminum panels. They are excellent for both indoor and outdoor signs. Available in 2 different thicknesses: 3mm and 6mm.

Accepted Formats

AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) print sharpest at any size.

Color Mode

CMYK preferred — that's how we print. RGB files convert automatically; exact colors may shift slightly.

Resolution

300 DPI at your final sign size for crisp prints. 150 DPI is our minimum — below that, results may look blurry.

Bleed & Safety

Add 1/8" (0.125") bleed on all sides. Keep important text and logos at least 1/4" (0.25") inside the cut edge so nothing gets trimmed.

Fonts

Outline or embed all fonts before exporting. If we don't have your typeface, your layout can shift.
